Our work in Houston covers the whole path from an empty floor to a loaded rack. It starts with the numbers: pallet footprint and weight, clear height, sprinkler position, forklift class, column spacing, and how many positions you need now versus in a year. Those inputs decide beam length and gauge, frame depth and capacity, how many levels the building will carry, and how wide the aisles have to be. Skip that step and you get a rack that either wastes height or cannot hold your heaviest pallet.
Next comes the layout. We draw it in CAD with rows, cross aisles, dock staging, and the pick path marked, then hand you the pallet count and an itemized component list with load ratings. That is the point where a Houston operator can honestly compare the cost of racking against the cost of leasing more square footage — and it is free.
Then we supply and install. Standard components ship out of local inventory, often within 48 hours, and our crews handle anchoring, leveling, row spacers, and wire decking. Installation is phased around your operation so receiving and shipping keep running while rows go up. We also expand and reconfigure existing warehouse racking, match new steel to what is already in the building, and relocate systems when a Houston business moves to a larger space.
Afterwards, we stay reachable. Beams get hit, frames get damaged, and inventory profiles change — all of which are ordinary and all of which we can fix with replacement components that match the original spec.
Selective pallet racking gives a forklift direct access to each pallet position without moving anything else. It is the default choice for warehouses carrying a wide SKU count, and it is the least expensive pallet rack system per position to buy and to change later.
Push back pallet rack systems use nested carts on inclined rails so pallets store two to six deep and load from one aisle. You keep most of the selectivity of a standard rack while cutting the number of aisles the building has to give up.
Drive-in pallet rack lets a forklift enter the rack structure itself, which removes aisles and packs the most pallets into the least floor space. It suits warehouses holding deep quantities of few SKUs, and can cut required floor area by roughly a third.
Pallet flow rack moves loads across gravity rollers from the load end to the pick end, enforcing FIFO rotation without operator decisions. It is the usual answer for dated stock, food, and beverage inventory that has to rotate in order.
Cantilever rack uses arms projecting from vertical columns so there are no front columns in the way. It handles pipe, lumber, bar stock, tubing, and furniture — anything that will not sit inside a pallet footprint.
Carton flow rack sets inclined wheel beds inside your warehouse pallet racking so cases roll forward to the pick face as they are taken. It shortens the walk in high-volume case picking and keeps the replenishment side separate from the pick side.
